The Product Link™ device hardware is a satellite or GPR/GSM data transmitter, installed on a machine or site equipment in order to capture information about its location and utilization. Different devices capture different data. Depending on your machines Product Link™ hardware, through My.Cat.com you may monitor equipment utilization, order parts, view work orders, manage service records, and keep track of your rental transactions. Cat daily and VisionLink® subscriptions are required for more specific machine details.
